My journey began in the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul, inside a small atelier that became my second home. At fifteen, I spent countless hours learning the patience, precision, and poetry of making by hand under the guidance of Nihat Usta — those years taught me that every object carries the traces of time, touch, and the spirit of its maker. For over a decade, byEMINE has been rooted in this understanding. Each piece is handmade through a slow reinterpretation of Telkari, one of Turkey's oldest jewelry-making traditions, where form emerges through bending and joining ultra-fine metal wires. Embracing imperfection and individuality, each piece forms an intimate relationship with the body — not as a static adornment, but as an extension of the self, carrying meaning and memory across generations.
